Return Policy

At Nerd Nurse Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Timeframe

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Note: All returned items are subject to inspection. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer service team at MCACnegocios@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization

    We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions within 24-48 hours.

  3. Pack Your Item

    Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include your RA number on the package.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Important: Returns sent without a Return Authorization number may be delayed or refused.

Refund Policy

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Costs

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product. To request an exchange:

We'll ship your exchange item once we receive and inspect your return. If the new item has a different price, we'll adjust accordingly and refund or charge the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but sometimes issues occur. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll:

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds for international orders do not include original shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
