Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority

Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.

1. Return Period

You have 10 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, you also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, products must meet the following conditions:

  • ✓ The item must not have been used or altered
  • ✓ Original packaging must be included
  • ✓ The item must be in resalable condition
  • ✓ Must include all accessories, instructions, and original documents

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health reasons, the following items CANNOT be returned:

  • ✗ Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked on the site)
  • ✗ Gift cards
  • ✗ Downloadable digital products
  • ✗ Personalized or custom-made items

⚠️ Important: Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to process your return:

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Receive your RMA (Authorization Number)

We will send you an RMA number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Pack the Item

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include:

  • The RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package
  • A copy of the receipt or order confirmation
  • All original accessories and documents

Step 4: Ship the Package

Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.

4. Shipping Costs

We will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all return costs.

💡 Tip: Use a shipping service with tracking and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

5. Refund Process

Inspection

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund within 3-5 business days.

Approval

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Amount

The refund will include:

  • ✓ The item price
  • ✓ Taxes paid
  • ✓ Original shipping costs

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use
  • Damaged items not reported upon receipt
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or tags

6. Exchanges

Currently, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different one:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item
  2. Receive your refund
  3. Make a new purchase of the desired item

This process ensures you receive the new item as quickly as possible while we process your return.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt
  • Take photographs of the damage or defect
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  • Send the photos and description of the problem to MCACnegocios@gmail.com

We will evaluate your case and, if applicable:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost
  • Provide a full refund (including shipping costs)
  • Offer a store credit with additional value as an apology

8. International Orders

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Returns from outside the U.S. are not available at this time.

9. Refund Delays

If you have not yet received your refund after the estimated time:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
  3. Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
  4. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at MCACnegocios@gmail.com

10. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return items purchased at a discount?

Yes, as long as they meet all return conditions and are not marked as "Final Sale".

What do I do if I lost my receipt?

We can look up your order using your email address. However, identity verification is required.

Can I return a gift?

Yes. Gifts can be returned for store credit. The original purchaser will receive a refund only if specifically requested.

How long do I have to report a damaged package?

You must report any damage within 48 hours after delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.
